Sakura Kyodo Financial Advisory Co., Ltd. became an Associate Member (準会員) of The Association for Real Estate Securitization (ARES) effective September 14, 2026.

We support the operation of funds and special purpose companies (SPCs), primarily in the real estate and infrastructure investment sectors, through services including SPC administration, accounting and tax support, and fund operations.

Through our participation in ARES activities, we will continue to deepen our knowledge of real estate securitization, enhance our professional expertise, and maintain appropriate business practices, while contributing to the sound development of the real estate securitization market.
