Biography & Profile
After engaging in audit and IPO support services at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, he worked at the tax division of Arthur Andersen (currently KPMG Tax Corporation) and Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co., where he was involved in a wide range of tax services for both domestic and international companies, including tax compliance, tax advisory, M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and transfer pricing matters.
He later held tax management positions at BNP Paribas Securities (Japan) Limited and Mizuho Financial Group, where he promoted the development of tax governance frameworks and international tax initiatives within financial institutions. He possesses extensive practical experience serving both domestic and international corporations as well as financial institutions.
Since 2023, he has served as Representative Partner and Licensed Tax Accountant at Sakura Kyodo Accounting Office. Since 2026, he has also served concurrently as Representative Director of Sakura Kyodo Financial Advisory Co., Ltd. He currently provides support in accounting, taxation, business succession, and corporate restructuring for business owners, financial institutions, foreign-affiliated companies, and operators involved in real estate and renewable energy funds, while also delivering comprehensive advisory services related to fund operations and management.

Biography & Profile
Since 2008, he has been engaged in SPC and fund administration services, primarily for real estate and renewable energy funds. His experience includes SPC accounting, SPC tax compliance, fund operations, and investor reporting services.
After joining Aoyama Sogo Accounting Office (currently ASA Accounting Co., Ltd.), he served as the person responsible for establishing the Fukuoka office and later as Executive Officer. He also participated in the launch of bookkeeping and operational service companies. With extensive hands-on experience in SPC administration, he has promoted the development of operational frameworks through business process standardization, personnel development, and organizational management.
Since 2026, he has served as Representative Director of Sakura Kyodo Financial Advisory Co., Ltd. Leveraging the expertise and experience cultivated throughout his career, he is currently engaged in supporting SPC administration, fund operations, and management framework development, primarily for real estate and renewable energy funds. -

After working in a wide range of back-office functions at several foreign-affiliated companies, she was engaged in the setup, accounting, and tax operations of multiple SPCs at a renewable energy-related company.
She subsequently worked at a foreign-affiliated fund administration company, where she was involved in the administration of various alternative funds. Her responsibilities included accounting, reporting, and coordination with related parties, supporting overall fund operations. She possesses extensive practical experience in global business environments.
Since 2026, she has served as Senior Manager at Sakura Kyodo Financial Advisory Co., Ltd. Leveraging her broad experience in corporate administration at foreign-affiliated companies, as well as her expertise in SPC and fund administration, she is responsible for back-office operations that support fund management and operations.
